I didn't necessarily mean boozing only. I thought a regular meeting for social networking might be of interest as well.

Not every social gathering has necessarily to consist of joyful pain... but I've already heard that you prefer establishments offering such services for a small service fee....

Sounds like it could be a good idea, Cyrix, Emurella, MaD, Bella have got together a couple of times and Bleakus and Tropic and few others mentioned when we next got together time they would be game.

Edit: To elaborate, there's a good bunch of us forumers that socialise nearly every weekend. Sometimes the group is as small as 6, sometimes as large as 30.

To get into the loop, you need to be on the list.
To get onto the list, you need to be in the loop.
To be in the loop, you need to get introduced by someone on the list.
To be introduced by someone, you need to be in the loop.

As complicated as it sounds, we seem to get new people along all the time, for their initiation rites - just ask Pixie32 what that involves.

I suggest that we "outsiders" will simply set up our own socialising event, the people who are "in the loop" are free to join of course. No fancy list needed in this case...

Nope not always, but even though i have been at a few meets previously i was made to sing though i cant at the last karaoke event and i croaked and croaked but no avail, eagles have filed a lawsuit against me for completely mutilated version of hotel california

Except Constantine and myself's second take on Bohemian Raphsody which went on much much better than the 1st time we gave it a try, all the way back in August... Freddy must've been proud of us!

i think someone needs to be accepted...its like the rebel without a cause...you dont wanna talk to me...i will talk to da walls...dude can you sing/croak/quack...then sign up for the next kareoke session we have...will be organising it middle of march...anyone else interested...lemme know...as jeevan/nick81/ian/scarlet/princess/me/mi angel/cargirl/wafaey/dubai knight/pixiee 32/maad/fayz...and loads other can say...its been a good forum for friendships....we vets dont come that much anymore...but there are events all the time...will keep all of ya'll posted...
