I seem to be able to find most things for my hippy diet here in the super markets etc but i just can't find soya margarine or at least some kind of dairy free spread.

Does anyone know where i can buy this? Even the Organic Cafe in the greens does not sell it!

Help would be most appreciated as i really need some toast in the mornings that is not dry!

you dont need butter on your toast!

Cut off the end of a tomato and score it and rub the tomato on the toast. Very nice

Or make your own pesto with olice oil pine nuts basil and garlic 9mius the pamesan or just use olive oil

I see there's a store specialized in organic foods nearby Satwa-Diyafah roundabout. The store about 200 meters before the roundabout on the right side when you go from Bur Dubai/Mankhool road. Perhaps you can find something there.

or you could just eat meat like people are supposed to....

Use virgin coconut oil. It has a naturally sweet taste and is excellent for you. You can buy organically at either Organica Cafe locations (Satwa or Greens)
