Add several thousands more and you can get brand new Hyundai Tucson 2.0L 4x4. Most of people will not recommend to buy used car, unless you know mechanic/machine very well.

You could get a Nissan Pathfinder, Dodge Durango or a Mitsubishi Pajero in that money.

4x4 Will eat you up. Maintenance will be highhh.. I've owned Durango in the past, was horrible with maintenance and gas. Seeing as you are probably in dubai, hows the gas there?? cheap?
