Anybody knows the recent by laws for Domestic Help Visa?

Is their visa valid only for 2 yrs? And do they automatically get a ban if they dont renew it with the same employer?

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance! Tried to search for it here and other ministry websites but when it comes to Domestic Help,deadend.

The visa is one year if it's an expat sponsor and two if it's local. There's no ban if the previous owner writes a letter to the new one saying that they are releasing the helper from their contract and have no objection to them working for someone else.

Yeah but what if the 2 yrs contract is finished and she doesnt want to renew with the same employer? Is that letter still required?
