yesterday the building where i live got on fire... was happy it was not my floor and not close to my flat, but the smell is there everywhere. and several years of work of one of my colleagues is gone. his flat started the fire and it burned down entirely.
anyway, always saw these things only on TV...very different when it happens to u, even if u come out of it safe and unharmed. it kinda reminded me how unpredictible life is and one minute u can have a lot, the other u have nothing.

This is what happens when u live in cheap building in dubai where the fire detecor is made in china and doesnt work and where u pay 150,000 plus for the place for absolutly nothing.


Here's a trick real estate agents use to see the quality of a building and whats its made off...

take a coin.....a dirham and scratch the wall a bit....see if u can carv a hole out with a coin! i tried it once on a villa...and it really did work...

So let me get this straight your colleague had a house party? During the house party he let off fireworks from inside his home?

Life can be unpredictable but the out come of letting off fireworks inside your party people filled home, well the results aren't all that unpredictable.

I'm hoping I just misunderstood your original comments and am glad you're okay but come on, if I read this correctly your buddy caused his own misfortune.
