How many coffees u drink at work in a day?

I need to know how much is TOO MUCH and bad for u?

Small plastic cups...not LARGE MUGS...

2 to 3 if no lunch due to marathon meetings. Today, I am a little free. Just see how many posts i made.

5-10 when i'm at work, about the same when i get off work.

5-10 for me as well, usually 3 of them turkish as well.

Varies ... on average maybe 4. But the less I smoke, the more caffeine I need.

Thats a bad sign, where have u been in between havent seen ya lately

for me its just a couple one right at the start of work one towards evening. have cut down on smoking as well so its a good sign i guess

Can't quit smoking and coffee .... I'm wildly edgy and I'm lucky I'm not in the office or I'd probably get fired! Kudos to you! I'm travelling for work, back next week.

NONE - I'm addicted to the Nesquik Hot Chocolate with milk, which luckily for me is free in our machines - mmmmmmm.

I used to go through about 10 cups a day, now I'm down to 1 to 2 max.

I've switched to black tea. It's better for you, low in calories, not as much caffeine and overall more drinkable.

If you need a pick-me-up, have an apple.

I can drink 4 or 5 cold coffee drinks a day at work. I'll never drink hot coffee...that would just be crazy.

Cold coffee with nestle cream..hmm refreshing. Green tea for constipation.

You shouldnt drink hot drinks out of dsiposable plastic cups. The plastic toxins leech into your drink

caffeine is a diuretic, too much coffee might get you a bit dehydrated...

i merely drink it for the flavour...not for its role in keeping me awake.

But in the morning, once i wake up....I LOVE TEA...not coffee
