considering investing in florida?? please read Jan 27, 2007
Hi everyone,
My Real Estate Practice Specializes in Commercial Real Estate in the Southeast Florida Coastal Areas, including key development areas around Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. I am currently leading the commercial sales team in the development of portfolio growth and management for hospitality, office, and retail property owners. Bringing over 5 years of experience in corporate business development and investment analysis, the value proposition I bring to the table is business partnering in achieving results and profits from your real estate investments.

Currently, the practice is serving customers in the South Florida market, providing marketing exposure at local, regional, and national levels. Using exceptional presentation sales collateral exposure, we ensure a quality unsurpassed in today’s real estate market. In essence, my service offer is a win-win value proposition.

As many of you know, south Florida has experienced a major boom in the real estate market within the last 5 years, where properties have doubled and tripled in value making huge profits for their owners. However, in the last year, with interest rates rising to just over 6% and many unwise investing in the condo market, we have seen a slow down in sales and a major drop in prices.
Ladies and gentleman, this is the best buyers market south Florida have seen in the last 10 years, this is the time to consider investing in good commercial income properties that will sustain them selves and produce income.
i would also like to mention that the city of Miami especially was rated by many analysts as the next New York city.
Huge Sky Scrapers are been built in downtown Miami, making it the hottest growth area in the Unites states.
I personally have over 100 Million dollars in exclusive commercial listings all over south Florida, and iam looking for serious investors looking for great opportunities.
all the commercial properties i buy my clients are no brainers, the income is there and justify the price unless its a vacant land or development site.
please email me (or PM) for contact info.
thanks for taking the time to read this thread

well, since no one replied, i will make it more interesting.
if you know of any corporation or individual who may be looking to buy income producing properties in florida, just refer them to me, and if they buy any of my properties (i have excellent ones, and i have access to all active properties for sale as well) , i will pay 25% of any commission i collect.
you can easily make over $100,000 in one transaction.
please email me for more info
by the way, i am planing a trip to Dubai in the near future, and i was wondering whats the best time to go
thanks

you are 100% correct.
there are a lot of bargains out there due to all the foreclosure happening.
also, you need to realize that the US dollar is at an all time low, which makes it even more attractive for international investors . you are basically buying properties @ almost a 40% discount, and if the dollar rises just 10% that profit already.
a lot of opportunities. !!!!!

Yes, but as UAE salaries are pegged to the dollar - it doesn't really help in this neck of the woods!!!!

Lots of Expats are loosing out here due to the poor dollar.
