That's because they are two seperate towers of different height and use.

Hi all, does anyone know if is one or more of the tallest buildings written above there is a floor open for tourist to take pictures or simply look at the city from an high point of view?

Hmmm....I think there is an offer from Burj Al Arab, a helicopter ride just circling the hotel, thats if Im not mistaken. Check with them.

lol and to think that all these tower buildings started with the shortest one now..AL rostamani tower on the crowne plaza side of sheikh zayed rd pretty funny

Burj Al Arab has a ballroom and a restaurant/bar at the top floor, but you need to book for a showround there or have a reservation at the bar and/or restaurant to gain access

Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel has a bar on the top floor, no need for a reservation as long as the dress code is acceptable (No t-shirts and such)
