dunno nothing about dubai
is the following offer decent?

gross salary: 26000 dh
one airfare every two years (family)
medical (family)
23 working days vacation
30000 relocation bonus
annual performance related bonus (but not specified)

position: regional manager
my wife and my 2y old boy would follow me to dubai in september
any help or advice?

Find out about Transport allowance, you need a car in this place.

2 bed accom in dubai can cost around 80,000+ per annum. Dubai International City is probably the most affordable at the moment but is a drive away from all the popular areas

Childs' School you will have to pay for i guess
