Responsibilities :
Read and route incoming emails
Locate and attach appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by G.M
Take dictation in short hand or by machine and transcribe notes on typewriter or computer or transcribe from voice recordings
Compose and send routine correspondence
Files correspondence and other records
Shedule appointments for G.M
Grret visitors, ascertains nature of business
Arrange travel schedule and reservations
Complies and types statistical reports
Records minutes of staff meetings
Makes copies of correspondence or other printer matter
Prepare outgoing emails
Candidate to have 3 years experience as a personal assistance and a bachelor degree holder. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Fluent (read, write,speak) English and Arabic.
