I propose that the following moderators be reconsidered.

They do not exist,
the_zooter - left the forum
Liban - left the forum
XRW-147 - left the forum
harpax - who the hell is harpax? Never heard of him, never seen a post in one year.
faisal7 - who the hell is faisal7? Never heard of him, never seen a post in one year.
Alvii - who the hell is Alvii? Never heard of him, never seen a post in one year.
sweet_mary - who the hell is sweet_mary? Never heard of him, never seen a post in one year.

Missing in action,

Disappear for months at a time,

Ish

The only active moderators seem to be,
sage & onion
chocoholic
smartd
Andyba

Also,

Liverpool4ever = he/she is never around
Sarah1983 (or whatever) = sometimes here, sometimes not

I thought Jeevan was a Mod?

Fayz and sara_uk are still around, and their Arabic Language forum isn't really a heavy one to moderate, so that is why I didn't comment on them.

Guys, it is really about moderators why DF is like this now?

If most topics are lame now, then why not post interesting topics like old days you all talked about.

I don't know about the old DF since i am a newbie.

Asc, you are in danger of steering this off topic. We are discussing moderating because it is only one small part of the current forum issues. No one has claimed that the moderating is the sole problem at all.

Yes, but Concord is only one person and a few of us have listed more reasons why this forum has gone to hell in a handbasket recently.

Yorky, our overly-long battle over t & a avatars didn't help the situation, so we have a part too... I'm glad it is over.

I am around but not often... i sometimes even forget that I am a mod as I do not have the title nor access to the admin zone, in addition to the fact that noone posts at 'my section'

That is strange liverpool4ever, because you are listed as a mod, so we assume you have access to the mod forum and have mod rights for moving and deleting things. You'd better take it up with Admin.

Zoots, are you back? I think you were doing a good job moderating so I hope you are back. I remember all your hard work with deleting b_lady's spamming threads that appeared every 2 minutes for a couple of days. That was a heck of a lot of work!

Alright I think it's about time I expressed my opinion on this. Since Liban's departure from the forum, everything's been kinda chaotic here. Now the easiest thing to do here is to assume that this is because he was doing a good job as a mod. But no sir, that's not it.

You people will just have to admit that we need a Lebanese running things here. Just give me a chance and I'll show ya how it's done.
