Way too many to mention but some of my fav's:

Bamboo Lagoon - JW Marriot
Spice Island - as said above
Pisces - Madinat Jumeriah

and lots and lots more: depends on what food you are looking for what budget.

Edit: i hear that the Italian in the Rydges Plaza Hotel is good, but never tried it.

Well some of my favs:

Rib room @ The Emirates towers (you NEED to try the spicy coconut soup...)

Meat Co @ Madinat Jumeirah (if you drink alcohol I strongly recommend you get some south-african white wine which is just to die for)

Sushi Sushi @ Irish Village

Al Hallab when you're in the mood for Lebanese food and sweets :P

Nick81,

Not at all impressed with the Meat Co at Madinat. Been twice, don't think I will be going back.

The Italian restaurant in the Marriot in Deira is very good.

For Seafood, the buffet at Yalumba in the Airport Meriden. Don't normally like buffets, but this one is ace.

...and the Noodle House (if it hasn't already been said)....that place is the best for Chinese food and the atmosphere is fantastic (I can only talk for the one in Madinat Jumeirah, I'm not sure about the one in Emirates Towers).
