Hi there,
I just finished my Uni degree(communication&Advertising) in Australia,
and planning to move to Dubai in few months,
however, I need the visa through company's sponsor to get there,
due to my passport status,(i am holding Taiwan passport in Australia),

I am trying my best hunting for a job online at the moment,
but, most of the companies perfer speak to me in person
.......the problem is....I can't get there without company's sponosor><"
is it possible to get a job offer before I go?

does anyone have the similar situation as mine?...
I need some help.....

You can come here first under visit visa (e.g. sponsored by hotel you'll be staying) as most of people do. Search for jobs while you're in Dubai for duration of visit visa (max 2 months). However, this would cost you a lot (air ticket, accommodation).

yeh...i guess most of the company perfer face to face interview,
If I couldn't get a job offer before I go,
I guess turist visa would be the only way that I can do..
