its a song from the bollywood movie called Major Saab and its called 'Pyaar Kiya toh nibhana' roughly translated - If you love someone, you need to follow through.
The video is just a parody of Bollywood films and the typical 'song and dance' sequence they tend to have.

it just because the song is awesome, and i heard it again on a radio in our company's cafeteria
