Hi guys, can you share which security system are you using.

i had the pre-installed Mc-Affee 3n1 but i lost it when I re-installed the OS..

can u also include if its a freeware or you bought it (price?)...

Mc-Affee sucks !!
use Avast !!! it is the best !!

just installed Kapersky Internet Security 6.0...

i think this is better than Mc Affee..

Symantec/Norton is good, and probably the best, but I don't like that much as it sucks system memory/resource. Had no choice as it came (legally) with the laptop I'm using.

I use Zonealarm Security Suite.
It's supposed to be the best firewall though, and the new version they may introduce soon will use the Kapersky (i think) anti virus engine, so should be really good.

AVG Is the best and the simplest one , i like it , it doesn't takes alot of memory etc..

You have to optimize the AV after the installation. so do not be stupid and tell us it takn more resources its not going to eat your memory if you are a smart geek :D

bitdefender AV is the number one.
