Hi,
Is it a holiday for private sector employees on the 2nd? Yesterdays gulf news announced it for government as usual, but i cant recall if private co's get an off on sat.
And no, my company's not normally closed on sat.

No Holidays for me. I am working 24/7 now.

Normally private sector will get National Day as a holiday.

Unfortunately for those that have Friday / Saturday weekend they will lose the day

Yeah, its a real pisser when the Gov has Sat/Sun/Mon off!

I'm off Fridays and Saturdays so it's normal for me. Darn.

I'm working on sat normally.
