I'm a french citizen and I'm planing to move to Dubaï at the end of the year.
I've been working for a year as a project leader/webmaster for my own. I made http://action-bourse.org and http://www.diouda.fr (in french sorry) and I'm making a website for french expats in dubaï since my brother live here already.
Is there a chance for me to work and have a decent income? I've been checking a lot of job offers and salaries range from $500
to $7500 
for a webmaster/developer/project leader...
I really want to work as a project leader and I'm a hard worker. I heard there a lot of competition with Indian/paks.
By the way, I speak also speak spanish (french and english of course) and I spent most of my time living out of France (Djibouti, Chile, Costa-Rica, Cameroon and Koweit).
Please give me some advices...
