Looking for a flat: general questions Nov 16, 2006
Salam aleykum,

I see in this forum people seem to look for all kinds of apartments and stuff.
Many of you seem to even looking for room mates. For me it looks like it's
hard to find a "normal flat". I mean; isn't there any flats for students that can
rent it for like 4 months? Isn't there any known companies who offer some
"cheap" flats for students or something?

I am planning to come to Dubai in on year or something. And I would like to
find a decent 1 room flat containing furnish, kitchen (also called kitchen nook
kitchenette) and a bathroom with a toilette. I am student, and will still be that
when I come, so just imagine my income; it's not so high.

So, how is it for students to get a so called student flat for a "normal" price?

I'm planing to do the same thing , As i knew when i was looking for a studio , you cannot find a studio or 1BR/appartement in dubai for less Than 3000 AED , it's a little expensive for a student , if you want something cheaper , cheaper in there is 2000 AED you should look for it in sharjah
