Are there any places in Dubai where I can get boxing lessons?

We'll not box too much to avoid the muscles, also skipping rope before the boxing starts. Zam, it really depends on the boxing trainer. Avoid eating carbohydrates too.

Boxing is a physical fitness too not only for men. And it's not boring.

it helps me from killing people.


also, it keeps my blood pressure down and helps with my stress and what not..

I'll remove that photo soon. Its purpose is to inspire ladies to try boxing like what you & me do as a form of physical fitness. and ohh..did i mentioned that boxing can also help ease our depression and tensions at work?
