Hello everybody,

I will be moving to Dubai in January and will work on the Airport.
My Housing Allowance is around 90k AED, does anybody know some decent Place to stay in that Area for some years, I am single.
Beach or Swimming Pool would be nice to have

Well, if you want to live near the Airport, the beach is not for you. It would be a hell of a walk for you to get there!

Check maps before asking, Airports are farly easy to see. Google is wonderful for that.

Rashidiya or Mirdif are close, so is Al Ghuasis and Abu Hail.

AND BEFORE YOU ASK, DO A SEARCH ON WHAT RENTING A PROPERTY WILL COST IN THOSE AREAS.

You can find buildings in Al Qusais with swimming pools. Al Mamzar has a beach and is sort of close to the airport.

I think with 90K you can get a one bedroom in that area.
