Don't you think we have to change the outlook and put on some new features like new logo, live chat, arcade etc..?

1) The logo could change. Yes.
2) Live chat would defeat the purpose of this board. And even if it didn't, it would turn into an arena where people will endlessly flame others with no end in sight. I wouldn't be supportive of that.
3) Arcade? How old are you? No thats a bad idea.
