well actually i dont hold my breath doing scuba as its the number rule of NEVERS but when i freedive or do static training I do...

I would like to know if any people on this forum have an interest in freediving or spearfishing as there are others here in Dubai and we would like to have meets... dives, bbqs etc...

No I dont smoke, never have, but i did enjoy a strawberry and mint shisha last night

I try to limit shisha though, once or twice a month I cant hold my breath for 8 mins,.... only 5. Tom Sietas from Germany can do 9 minutes...

you have to relax and breathe up first, you'd be amazed how long you can actually hold it.
