saw the movie....totally not worth it...special effects are amazing but otherwise it was bullshit crap...there were two parts especially that'll make you go WTF!...first is the airplane crash where everything gets destroyed in that surrounding area expect cruises car which doesn't even have a scratch...and the other part is the alien dying by themselves, if they were planning to attack for over a million years wouldn't they have know this??!!

total waste...instead of going to the cinemas, i'd suggest that you dwnld the dvd-r and watch it...

Personally I thought the movie was very good, and Spielberg and Cruise do not deserve some of the negative press they've received for the film.

The thinking of the movie goes much more along with the book than the original movie.

I thought the whole cast gave good performances and the effects were amazing.

Well worth a watch.
