well in my case it wasnt a direct person it was buddah .... i first started reading about him ,his life and teachings seven 6 years ago and he completly changed the path of my life ... i started yoga ..and self control i became vegetrian and destroyed my ego... i used to sit for hours in my room while its snowing out side freezing to death and meditating ... and i think with his help i became a better person and i am still trying to get there..

Good intentions corcs...... but I guess thats much in advance, just judging by your posts, arguements and your political views. I'm not less an egotist, but I would say u've a long way to go to achieve it... Meditation and veganism would only show you the path, but its the mind, soul, the spirit which has to get rid of the feeling for want and hatred. Just my view. Take it as positively.

Mine would definately be Mr. Malboro, Mr. Benson and Mr. Dunhill as they have had a big influence on my life ... heck! they've shorten it by a couple of years (and thats just from 2nd hand smoke!)
