House Rental Areas

Does anybody know of the more cost effective areas to rent a house in Dubai are?. I am looking at coming over in Feb / Mar 2007 to work and require a 3 or 4 bedroom house. Or what the best website or real estate agent to deal with. Cheers

Best cost effective accomodation is a tent pitched in the desert if there is any such place left.....
