If you are tired at first, but then don't feel tired anymore - have more energy - we say you have caught your second wind. Maybe it is like some comparison to a sailboat and its sails. Would have to look up the etymology of the expression.

I get up most mornings at 5, exception today because we had travelled. Most of the time I can never get back to sleep either.

i slept at 7:30...woke up at 1:30???
n i usually sleep a lot more than that???

a glass of warm milk should help i think
