Actually I think this is a pretty irresponsible thread because without the height to go with the weight, and without knowing someones body type, it's impossible to say whether someone is a healthy weight or not.

I will say that some of the lower weights seem pretty low to me.

Skinny is not in people.

Also i would like to add that the weight of a person even with respect to his hight is not a sign of health... it is the physical form.

some people are blessed with amazing metabolism so they keep a perfect shape weather they practice or not.
on the other hand personally i met some people who would most people call big or fat... while they were very active and energetic and use to notice their stamina and power "not certainly flexibility" during sports.

The height/weight ratio or BMI (Body Mass Index) varies from person to person, it's a rough indicator but it does take into account that some people can be a larger or smaller body frame.

For example I'm 5ft 5 and 54kgs which gives me a BMI of 20.3, which is slap, bang in the middle of the normal weight category which ranges from 18.5 - 24.9.

If you want to find out, then just google Body Mass Index and find an online calculator.

It's quite interesting.

Chocs, I have been looking and even the nutrition information, etc is not marked on most of the products available at supermarkets.
