so do you beat yourself over the name your parents chose for you? i mean wtf they named me after the nurse who helped deliver me O_o

hehehe..i actully like my name (sarah)...its not confusing ..
i mean..my names not too arabic..if u knw what i mean :p ...

my sister's name is sarah, in arabic we spell it with an H in the end , in the west it's only "sara"(a different meaning for each spelling) my present name isnt that arabic either . i dunno what Lana means .

but aint Ranzee a killer or what ???!

I came to terms with my name about a year ago ... just barely. I've never liked it, in fact sometimes when people call my name I don't respond because I still can't relate to it.

I like my name because it is short.

I was the first kid in my class to spell his name (I only needed to learn 3 letters of the alphabet) and I believe this early success is what laid out the path of international super stardom for me.

At times I wish I had a longer, more complicated, somewhat more alluring name, but to be honest it is who I am, and I'm never going to change it.

I did once want to change it to Xerxes Ulyssus the Great - but I was drunk (surprise surprise) and it was a bet. Sobriety kicked in before the office of records opened.

(when I would be noisy in school, my teacher would ask me to write my name on pad paper front/back page - no problem! hahaha)

my name means immortal...but as the days pass by i feel mortality catch up...fast...wish i could live forever...f that is this planet doesnt self destruct in 50 years...oh back on topic...the day i was born...there were about 2 million more new borns named the same name...so i wish i was named zack(after one of may favourite guitar players of all timeeeee)

In a couple of days they changed their mind...
My present name means "Holy". At least something good And I am satisfied with my last name. It is very old and it shows where my ancestors came from.

bleakus yes mate... i liked his guitar playing better when he was with ozzie ozzbourne...though he did have some great tunes with his band...and a good voice...did you hear him and slash jam to hendrix's little wing...awesome...10 min version of pure fantastic axing...also when GNR split up...axel rose was thinking of getting zack wylde to replace slash...that must have been way awkward...

Wouldn't the effort be the same if you were required to write your name over and over to cover the entire paper?
