Has been living in Dubai for quite some times but haven't got a chance to do photography hunting of Dubai's REAL traditional stuffs.

Ok, noted for activities around dhow harbour and heritage village. What else? Forget about Madinat Jumeirah

So what's exactly I can find in Bur Dubai and Deira traditional souk? Spice etc?
And where's the center of traditional souvenirs (not in malls for sure)? Or perhaps a flea market?
Or when will be the events of camel race? Or perhaps camel market (if exists)?
What else?
