Somewhat. DMC also offer internet if you live in an Eemar compound/building, or in/near media city/DIC

Otherwise, Etisalat is the only option.

For now, yes, until Du starts up. Which I think should be by the end of this year or beginning of next year

I wouldn't be surprised if they postpone their "launch date" which I believe was supposed to be end of 2006.
