i think Russians are extremely intelligent people. I have met many during my studies in the UK at University and they are usually the brightest students.
some People in the middle east get little exposure to other peoples...hence there is so much stereotype within the region.

i think Russians are extremely intelligent people. I have met many during my studies in the UK at University and they are usually the brightest students.
some People in the middle east get little exposure to other peoples...hence there is so much stereotype within the region.

I have met some really sweet russians. Very hard working & helpful.... but they need to smile more oftenly.

I have a mathemetic teacher at the college who spent a year living in Russia, he said that the stuff which students in US study during 3rd year at the college, pupils in Russia study at the last year at school. The education system is recognized as one of the best in the world. This is a firm fact.
What I can say about Russian is they are the people who go for extreems. They are simply are not affraid of anything and anyone. That is why people in the world just afraid of them sometimes.
There are 2 problems in Russia: bribe, which was there for all the years of the history and alcoholism. Remove them two and Russia will be a superior country in the world just within several years. Pity, it will never happen.
And an important point: people from CIS countries distinguish. Every single nation has its own language, history and they were forced to join USSR. Uniting them in judging as the same as uniting the countries within EU. Don't think that Englishmen will appreciate if you compare them with Frenchmen and vice versa.
