Regarding your post, I wonder if u got the Arabic version so I can translate it properly as the latin font version is a bit harder for me to understand, and you may want to consider that prayers (du'aa) is basically respectful words put together in form of request asking God for something you want, and with the variety of people and their backgrounds, each have got their linguistic concept influencing their prayers (du'aa). I hope you got my point =)
Anyways, this is what I can translate so far ..
Oh kayyum (Kayyum: The one that is not in need for anybody for anything) that nothing you miss nor cant resist.
I cant give a proper translation for the second sentence as Im finding difficulties reading/understand it, if you got the Arabic version please copy paste it and I will surely translate it for you
