The US military has given the first public display of what it says is a revolutionary heat-ray weapon to repel enemies or disperse hostile crowds. - but not much good for heating sandwiches at all - What a brilliant weapon for crowd control - get a couple of ‘hoppercopters' fitted with these and you could have some fun with Mossies and Morons that want to throw petrol bombs and stones at troops or the police - providing of course you do not affect their human rights - could it be classed as a ‘cruel and unusual punishment'
The gun - called Silent Guardian - projects an invisible high energy beam that produces a sudden burning feeling, but is actually harmless. that's a big shame(but I bet we could soon correct that
