What musical instrument is this??

Hey guys. My brother came from Dubai last week and brought me a musical instrument from there. It looks like a baglama but it has 4 strings instead of 3 and 25 frets. Does anyone knows how it's called? How to tune it? What strings should i put on it and how do you play it? I have some pictures of it and i could e-mail them to you if you like.
