This is Morocco indeed. The city you see in the video is Tanger, in the north of Morocco. It is a very cool point because with good visibility you can actually see Spain across the Strait of Gibraltar. The ferry you see sails a couple of times a day from and to Spain and the boy that tries to swim to the ferry actually represents a great part of the Moroccan (and other African counties') youth who are trying to find their way into Europe (in this same way as well as a lot of other ways).

Morocco is great, you must visit it.
