Seriously we should not just "get used" to this kind of things, it has to be corrected and ensured it never happens again.

Hey Luci, why not call Dubai Transport hotline? You know the no. posted in every taxi in Dubai? The driver could have surrendered your phone in a lost and found division or something.

Where are you originally from? You can request a letter from the sponsor stating the correct name if blah ...
