Yep there is a law that prohibits girls and boys living in together w/o marriage. Though you guys are just friends, you will still violate that law if you do so. Hmmmm but no one I knew has been arrested for this though. Just be careful and make sure no one complaints to authorities about it. :wink:

Its just sick. And I dont have words to describe how painful this might be for the girl and her family. How can she live a normal life now? If you are non-muslim and own a liqour licence it is ok to transport booze in your car within/through Sharjah and even to consume beer/booze at your home in Sharjah. It is even possible to get a liquour licence in Sharjah as a Sharjah...
