is thre no average prices there. like here in california. apartments range between 1000$ to 2000$ a month. for 1 bedroom in older buildings ur looking at 1000$, where i live now its 1400$, brand new apartment, hardwood floors, modern open kitchen to living space ....

anything of that kind there.
