i use DU connection, the sites working wz no prob. may ne bedro use Etisalat connection, any how you can call Etisalat customer support and sure they will check if there is a block on you IP range, you can mail them on the gived details.

can u plz send to me the source and destination IP add.
Etisalat have peering with europ as well with US and Canada, the problem may that your ISP is not peering with Etisalat.
send the data to me and i will c what i can do.
