I do, mostly with cereal, almost everyday. I pick whatever available, low fat or full cream, doesn't matter. Earlier I took soya milk only (no cereal) for a real quick "breakfast" (seldom had heavy breakfast), but stopped it for a while (see the reason at the end). My weight (average type)...

Couple of days ago I saw a new type of radar. It's shaped like a tall grey stainless steel box (not round/cylinder), about 50cmx50cm and 3 meters high, and there are couple of camera holes on the upper side. Though I don't remember where. Probably that's the new radar as mentioned above.

While Bahrain is more or less like Dubai (modern, freedom) but not much to see or do. Kind of boring if you like activities. And it takes only 45 minutes to drive the whole country! More suitable for family. But perhaps it has been changed a lot since I live there in 2004.
