I don't smoke (I'm the boring one, so duh) But I've always been curious of smokers who exercise regulary, go to the gym or jog, etc. How do you deal with the extra strain on your lungs? Or do you even feel it? way back in my mountaineering years... if I had a schedule for a major climb, then I smok...
