Cool, thanks for that. suspected that was the case so have already sourced a LHD motorsport body shell. Second question how does the government deal with self buid cars. This car will be essentially unregestired in the UK. In GB we had a system using Q plates for one off special cars can this be ach...

Does that mean I should register in another Emirate or do I need to be a resident of that Emirate to register the car?

What do you think about Kia?

Hi guys what do you think about Kia. I am a dealer (Thats a Motor Dealer) in the UK and want a bit of an Idea what people generally think about the Brand? Is the brand percieved as being good, ok or bad? I have been promoting the brand in South Wales over the last few years as British perception was...

How do you think perceptions can be changed. I have experienced many different cars in my time in the trade. Kia has impressed me probably the most. This is not a performance thing or a quality thing it is the clear difference in what I percieved the brand to be and the realisation of what the brand...

sharewadi, you have just come up with the best idea yet. I only ever take the car to track days in the UK as I am too scared to drive it on the road 350bhp on a rwd 16 year old car with no ABS driving in the wet is scarey. I asume I would still need import papers but this should be easier to get as ...

Thats not all that bad, Cheaper than Silverstone. Especially if you share the pace with 50 like minded people you can run a decent track day on that kinda money. Wonder if that is with saftey, 1st aid, recovery etc. I think we may have stumbled on something here. How many people would like to blast ...

Try nitrous on a standard engine in good condition. Dont be too greedy and go for a 50-75bhp shot and you can have some fun. Should improve your performance. A turbo car would benifit from some kinda water injection to try and cool down that poor intercooler. The oxygen in hot air is not as dense an...

Sounds a bit obvious really but make sure you are buying an RS4 as I have seen quite a few badged and kitted evn had decalls inside and the correct seats but were infact high end A4'S Rebadged. Why you would do this beats the sausages out of me as you will loose value and resale ability on the A4 as...

When you buy a used car from a private individual is your manufacturers warranty still valid as in the UK or is the warranty only valid for the first and original buyer. The reason I ask this is, if you buy a used car under three years old then you should still have the warranty unless there isnt a ...

50-75 shot of NOs WILL be fine if engine is in good order as you will in reality only get between 30-50bhp increase if your lucky.Yes your right xrw-147 NOs Will burn out piston rings if in constant use. As for water injection, yes I meant a H2O spray on the intercooler. On and XRW-147, Whats Pingin...

Have you been in Dubai? How do you intend to keep water "(very) cold" anywhere other than a fridge? Let alone on a car... Yep! Its not that Hot  I think you could wire up the A/C unit to produce cold water. Although I guess the power gain will be matched by the power loss of using t...

Where can you get discounts of 10% in the uk? If you do the car is usually overpriced. Buying a used car is the same wherever you are. I would recommend you look at classified adds and the such for average prices of the car you want to purchase and do a little bit of home work to find out things to ...

HI and welcome. Are we talking of an E30 OR E36?
If E30 I used to have a 316 with webbers and KandN. I was 17 and loved it. I also had a 4"peco exaust. I thought I was the Dady. Unfortuantly theres not much you can do to the 316 on a budget.
