hi welcome to Dubai and to DF, well, there is many places for what you want. there is a dance school named BNF in DKV, they r the place for all dances, also there are Salsa and tango classes in many places like Mall of the Emirates (tango classes) and salsa some hotel and clubs. pm me for addresses...
