it is not legal here... however, there are still hidden tattoo shops in satwa... not really a shop but basically their accomodations....

the catch... these are not the prestigious tattoo artists! so if ever you found them, just be careful... your tattoo might end up looking drawn by a young kid....

For me, it's not the sanitation problem.... because these artists are exercising sanitation stuffs...
