I think the UN would consider two, if not more, points before setting up house in the UAE. (1) Human Rights (2) Justice System The UAE isn't exactly big on either of those issues. So, it would mean that the UAE would have to improve on both, or the UN would have to scrap those issues. Hmmmmm..........
