is there any way to circumvent the immigration ban imposed by the government for Limited contracts?; if the govt acts unilaterally in imposing this hedious law then why have 2 sets of laws in the name of limited and un-limited contracts ?. regarding Un-limited and limited contracts in the U.A.E in general, ( excluding the freezones), can i presume the labour law is uniform regarding this matters in whichever emirate. Kindly confirm.
