Car insurance for a new license holder?

Hi all i got licence recently. Now am thinking of buying a second hand car. then i came to know that in uae, without insurance, car cant be registered. And when i called up some insurance companies, they r telling that they wont give insurance if am holding the licence for less than one year!!! :oop...

Am planning to take a flat for rent in dubai. What all i shoulkd take care regarding contract and all? Heard that there are lot of foul play in this real estate busineess. :cry: please advice!! :roll:

am using vista basic which doesnt hav fax facility. i downloaded a third party fax software(not free, under 30 days trial). My laptop is have dialup modem (but NO dialup conection !).

Hi
I am on my employers visa and my wife is on dependent visa. So, if am leaving dubai, should i cancel her visa first? how long can we stay once the visa get cancelled? a month ?
