Hi there, i am looking to migrate over to Dubai later this year but am concerned about the rental procedures there. As i understand you pay a year in advance and for a 3 bed villa ( to suit a family of 4 ) i could be looking at £30-40k plus up front. I clearly don't have that sort of money. Is there...
