first you would have to find a hotel operator who is willing to build a hotel and has his hands on a piece of land. second you would have to team up with an architect (if you are not one yourself) to make your design work. most architects will not just take your design without putting their stamp on...
so i take it you are nit an architect yourself? 100sqm for the smallest room is completely unrealistic. for the majority of lettable rooms in a hotel most operators will look into splitting these into 3 rooms at least. otherwise it is a different concept and you are talking about holiday apartments....
in this 100 sq m its a bedroom, small living room and the bathroom and same for the bigger rooms. Not a hotel with just a bedroom and bathroom. ... never had ANY problems with ikea furniture through all the years. and i am not the lightest person... at the end you always get what you pay for. so if unhappy simply don't buy at ikea. but saying it's rubbish in general is a bit harsh and most of all wrong... i strongly agree on the chocolate!
