Well guys,

I already have a U.A.E driving license without taking the test! how ? becuase I have an American driving license and all I had to do was to pay the fee and I had my license, I didn't have to take any driving tests or written tests! whoohoo!

I would advise you to be careful when dealing with those " helpful taxi drivers" who are willing to deliver the booze to your place because I heard some of them are informants and will tip off the police, so gotta be careful
